need to rant abit about SCB terrible service
1. first time got their card and want to make payment to their branch at Kajang. Search their website and found the map to their place. They're giving wrong map direction! Call their branch number never pick up
2. Call CS to block card and do replacement. This is the third time I'm calling. Still waiting for the card now. First 2 time not successful. First time the actually block the card only, not sure what is she thinking when I did request for replacement since still haven't use the RM88 given by the promotion. The second time I called, the CS informed me they will do replacement within a week.
Summary, SCB service sucks big time compare to other bank, yeah, even Bank Rakyat
