Change for the better :)

 I applied on 28 October 2021  HSBC Amanah MPower Platinum Credit Card-i. I am supposed to get Samsung Galaxy Buds 2. Feb 18 is  Standard Chartered Smart Credit Card. Gift is Riino Air Fryer   Until this moment 12 July 2022 I'm still getting nothing. After chasing them all these months through email (the phone is not working since they work from home is the excuse) they brush me off mentioning these kind of stupid excuse:- 1. they escalated the case and will get back to me 2. Ask me to check Shopback. They entered the money to me already. I personally check nothing 3. Then ask me to check Boost. I personally check still nothing 4. They will check again and will get back to me after so many working days. I waited days, then weeks, now months still nothing Will complained to BNM since checked with banks and they brush me off as well saying they can't do anything
