With the scorching heat of “El-Nino” descending upon Malaysia, even a simple five minute stroll can result in you looking like you just smeared yourself with saline solution (think clean now). Unfortunately, some malls (like the ones on this list) come with parking rates that will make you wish you chose to walk instead of drive. How expensive are some of the parking rates on this list? How about RM3 per hour with absolutely no maximum limit? Isn’t that crazy?? But don’t panic….
